Kyanite

Product Introduction

One of the three refractory raw materials for high alumina, it has a high expansion rate (16-18%), fast reaction rate of mullite, low creep value, and is mainly used for thermal shrinkage compensation of materials.

Kyanite is a member of the kyanite mineral group, typically exhibiting flattened prismatic crystals with an island-like structure. Color: cyan, blue, vitreous luster.Relative hardness: anisotropic //c-axis

5.5, -axis 6.5-7. Bulk density:3.53-3.65 g/cm³.
