Creating a hollow, double-sided ball is a rather intricate process that demands an abundance of crucial steps. We start by creating a mold with the hollow aluminum sphere preferred shape of the ball over special computer software. This Datong mold functions as a template to provide us ball shape rightly. We then inject hot plastic (or rubber) in the mold and let it set, thus shaping as ball.
After the ball cooled and solidified, we take it out of the mold carefully. Once we take it out of the mold, we clean and remove any flashing that sphere hollow may have formed while in the making process.
