In first stage, the bauxite is scaled in little particles. This is a critical first step in the process, which allows it to be broken down so that bauxite can be processed more readily. The bauxite is first crushed and combined with hot sodium hydroxide. This magical chemical helps in extensive disintegration of bauxite. After mixing, it is placed in a large tank and agitated for hours. The brown aluminium oxide in the reservoirs is dissolved into a liquid solution, and any dirt that comes along with it sticks to the walls while being moved

These are critical operations and they all depend on a chemical reaction between bauxite and sodium hydroxide. Alumina is made from bauxite, and this reaction takes place when aluminum oxide in the bauxite reacts with sodium hydroxide. For this reaction to happen properly, certain parameters like the temperature of the mixture and how fast it is stirred are critical. The purpose of these controls is to ensure a smooth production process of tabular alumina.
